What parents are saying.
"Another beautiful little character, clearly made with love. Such a special Aussie toy that will be well loved and treasured."
"This is an amazing gift for young and old. It is a gift for parents to enjoy with their children as it invokes great nostalgic memories from our childhood that we can share with our children and grandchildren. It certainly brings a smile to my face."
"This feels so authentic just like my own experience in the playground as a child. Love how it is metal and the characters have magnets in their hands and hang on. Childhood memories."
"Bought Dazza for my husband's birthday. He works FIFO and our daughter carries it everywhere now. She named it after him. I cried."

Every Rugaroo comes home
in their own pouch.
Inspired by the most iconic bond in the animal kingdom, every Rugaroo doll can arrive in its own kangaroo-style pouch bag. It is not just packaging, it is part of the story.
Use it to carry, store, or gift your Rugaroo. Parents tell us their children love the pouch as much as the doll itself. Simply select the pouch bag option when you add to cart.
Not just a doll.
A reason to give one.
Rugaroo dolls are built to last, and built to be kept. Premium plush, hand-finished details, and materials chosen to stand up to years of love. The kind of toy that gets handed down.
Every Rugaroo is independently tested to meet and exceed international toy safety standards. Safe from day one, for babies and children of all ages. No compromises on what goes near your child.
Rugaroo characters are inspired by Australian animals, Australian stories, and the moments that are uniquely ours. Not an import, not a generic plush, a genuine piece of Australian identity.
Each Rugaroo comes with their own character world, their own personality, and their own reason to be given. This is not a generic stuffed animal. It is a character with a life of their own.
We use eco-friendly dyes and natural materials because we care about what touches your child and what we leave behind. Clean materials, considered choices, every time.
A Rugaroo is not just a present. It is a connection to a moment, a memory, and a little piece of Australia. The kind of gift people remember giving as much as receiving.
Your questions,
answered.
In Australia, a group of kangaroos is actually called a mob. So when you build a Rugaroo collection, you are not just buying dolls, you are building your mob. It felt like the most Aussie way to describe what our customers naturally do, gather their favourite characters together and make them a family. Every mob is different. Every mob is perfect.
It depends on the character. Most Rugaroo dolls are suitable from newborn. Some characters with small accessories are recommended for ages 3 and above. Age guidance is listed on each individual product page so you can choose with confidence.
Yes. Every Rugaroo is independently tested to ISO, EN71, and ASTM F963 toy safety standards. Dolls suitable from newborn contain no small parts. Always check the individual product page for specific age and safety guidance before purchasing.

Why select
the pouch bag?
Inspired by the iconic bond between a mother kangaroo and her joey. The pouch is not just packaging, it is the first chapter of your Rugaroo's world.
No wrapping required. The pouch bag arrives gift-ready, just add a card. Parents tell us the presentation alone made them cry. That is the kind of gift this is.
Parents consistently tell us their children love the pouch as much as the doll itself. It becomes a carry bag, a bed, a hiding spot. It lives the adventure too.
The pouch bag is washable, durable, and designed to last. Use it to store, carry, or transport your Rugaroo for years to come. Nothing wasted, everything kept.
We believe in minimal, considered packaging. The pouch replaces plastic wrapping entirely. Beautiful, sustainable, and part of our commitment to the world we leave behind.
Add the pouch bag when you add your Rugaroo to cart. It is that simple. A small decision that makes the whole experience unforgettable.
In their hands.
In their hearts.
Forever.
