Avoid shaking, bashing, or dropping them on hard surfaces, as we use eco-friendly, hand-applied paint that naturally has lower colourfastness. Each piece undergoes a meticulous, labour-intensive process to ensure quality and safety, meeting the highest toy standards. We’ve gone the extra mile to ensure that all of our Rugaroo Kangaroo stuffed iconic Australian dolls meet the highest safety standards. Our toys are thoroughly tested and approved according to international requirements: the TSD (Toy Safety Directive 2009/49/EF) and harmonised EN-71 standard in Europe, the CPSIA (Children’s Product Safety Improvement Act) and ASTM-F963 standard in the USA, and ISO standards in Australia.

Additionally, we comply with the REACH Directive (EC 1907/2006), ensuring that all of our products are free from toxic substances, and the GPSD (General Product Safety Directive), guaranteeing the highest level of safety.
