83% of Rugaroo customers build a mob, not just buy one. Here is why.
Characters play together. Stories get richer and scenes get bigger when there is more than one character in the world.
Display is better in odd numbers. Three on a shelf tells a story. One is a purchase. Three is a collection.
Almost every Rugaroo customer comes back. For a second, a third, a fourth. Save 15% now and start as you mean to go on.

Meet Puddles, the Creek Scout Platypus, the gentle little platypus who knows every ripple, pebble, and whisper of the billabong. Wearing her soft white towelling suit and favourite yellow bucket hat, Puddles spends her days floating in the water, watching tadpoles swirl beneath her, and keeping a quiet eye on her peaceful patch of the wild.
Curious, calm, and wonderfully observant, Puddles notices the tiny things others miss — the shimmer of a water bug, the soft dip of a leaf, the way sunlight skips across the surface. She's happiest with her feet in the water and her eyes on the clouds, dreaming up stories only the creek can tell. She even comes with a small striped yellow and white cloth for shining her favourite pebbles.
Crafted in our signature Rugaroo plush style, Puddles is a miniature heirloom platypus doll designed for small-world storytelling and dollhouse-compatible play. With her gentle nature and billabong spirit, she invites children into imaginative stories of discovery, calm, and connection to Australia's beautiful waterways.
Whether she's floating along an imaginary creek on the Ocean Road play mat, tending to her pebble collection beside the miniature playground, or quietly watching the world from a nursery shelf display, Puddles brings a sense of wonder, softness, and pure Aussie charm into every playroom.
She's the little mate who reminds us that the best adventures are found in the quietest places.

THE STORY BEHIND THIS ONE
You choose Puddles for the child who notices the things nobody else sees.
She is for the quiet observer. The one who crouches by the creek, watching a water bug for twenty minutes… who collects a pebble from every place they visit… and finds magic in the smallest, stillest moments.
Puddles has been chosen by gentle, curious kids, by families who feel at home near Australia's waterways, and by those drawn to something that captures the quiet beauty of a platypus in her element.
She arrives with her yellow bucket hat and a small striped cloth for polishing her favourite pebbles. She reminds little ones that the best adventures are often found in the quietest places.
An heirloom miniature creek scout, reimagined as a platypus; ready for her next billabong adventure.
FOR THE DOLLHOUSE AND SMALL-WORLD PLAY COMMUNITY
One of the only venomous mammals on Earth, and one that lays eggs. Reimagined as a miniature doll to be held, kept and played with.
The platypus is one of nature's great surprises. A mammal that lays eggs, can sense electrical signals in the water, and is found only in Australia. Almost impossible to believe, until you see one.
At approximately 15cm and 1:6 to 1:12 scale, our Rugaroo platypus dolls are designed for small-world play. They sit comfortably within most dollhouse settings, connect with the Rugaroo Miniature Playground, and become part of a growing world inspired by Australian landscapes and stories.
Scale:
Approx. 1:6 to 1:12, suited to most dollhouse environments
Designed for:
