This is completely normal when your mat is new. TPU foam has a memory and needs time to settle after being rolled for packaging and shipping. Simply unroll your mat and leave it flat at room temperature for 24–72 hours. Placing something flat and heavy on the edges can help speed up the process. Full guidance is in our Before First Use page. You can speed this process up by rolling the play mat in the opposite direction, strapping it up again and putting it in the box for a few nights.
